TUES: Max effort, Bench, & Snatch WOD
WED: Muscle up or Pull up skill work, & 2 Tabata WODs.
THURS: Clean Work, & Burpee/ Medball WOD
FRI: Max effort, Deadlifts, & JACK

Anniversary BBQ Partner Challenge
On Saturday June 23rd we will have an in house competition. This is open to CFP and OTJ. It will be a partner competition that will include multiple events. There will be a prize for the winning team and following this challenge, we will party with a BBQ to celebrate CrossFit Prime’s 3 year Anniversary. We will post details later this week about the day, challenge, and BBQ.
